Well as much as we would love to put our photos and life histories on the site, you would probably all be bored and for obvious reasons we try and keep a degree of anonymity in our lives because not everyone views us with love and affection and wishes to share a nice cup of tea with us lol.

So, the important things for you to know are that we are very much here to stay and this project started many years back when we saw a gaping hole in the adult industry market because when sites develop a monopoly they can become arrogant and lazy and do not respond to customers needs.

So after listening to your frustrations and experiencing them ourselves we decided to try and do it better. YouAdults.com Mark I was born! This site has been in the background steadily increasing in membership but always earmarked for replacement once we started work on YouAdults.com II.

So why do a Mark II? Well we have downloaded all of our competitors’ sites, analysed code, checked what does and does not work, made online benchmarks and it became clear that existing website technology was completely dysfunctional and at even moderate load would grind to a halt. Have you ever spent minutes that transpired into hours because a website could simply not keep up with demand? I bet you have! We quickly realised that even with our steady but small site that we would end up in the same predicament as some of the market leaders.

So we went out into the market and attracted the very top talent who had the challenge of making something that could be hugely successful and that would cope with massive growth and not fall over at peak times. I’m not going into detail on how and what technologies we have used (some new, some old) but just see for yourself you now have the start of a site that is user friendly, simple and fast but most importantly from our perspective it’s fully scalable meaning as we now start to take on the big boys the site will not slow down and die, and also it’s relatively easy for us to put new modules into place as we add more and better functionality.

So you may have an image of what we do and imagine we spend our days looking at porn and chatting to some of the world’s top tottie? Are we all perverts? Are we smoking cannabis all day or attending drug fuelled cocaine orgies with high society madames….sorry to disappoint but it’s none of these things (apart from the occasional glass of wine). We spend our time looking at the adult market and how we can do things better and most of all we talk and listen to our members and much of what we do is shaped by you.

So we are normal people with a passion for building something we can be proud of. We take nothing for granted and realise we are going to have to offer something special that will entice people to make our site their home for “all things adult”. The coming months will see us become truly International and we will be actively pursuing members from around the world.

Payment Choices

We are already using segpay.com as our payment gateway and over the coming week we will also be adding sms payment option.

We are now using the direct cams platform which has proved to be reliable and popular and we encourage all those who added a profile at prettygirlscams.com to add their profile to youadults.com as a web cammer if not already done. That site will be setup to forward visitors on to youadults.com where we will focus our efforts for the immediate future. Web camming is now fundable from youadults.com by the standard credits system 1 credit is £1 and rates are settable by the performers and you get a net 65% payable to you.

We want people to actively upload their private content (videos and photos) and any purchases made on these items will earn you 70%

Profiles will still be free but we will not allow numbers and email addresses to be shown for free any longer as we are interested in building a community for ourselves (not one for our competitors). So you can communicate by the email system, sms, phone chat etc and use the bookings system to make bookings, there is a notifications system if you wish to use that too.

The payment system will mean you can EITHER pay £10 monthly to display your own phone numbers and website url (no 070, no premium rate etc and no urls leading to competitor sites will be accepted)

OR you will be given an 070 personal number that will forward all phone calls to you for free. This number protects the caller from knowing your real number and is fully configurable by you. (available next week)

We have added a voice mailbox recording facility where all service providers can leave a personalised message in their own voice and these are a cheap live way of service seekers making contact and hearing what you sound like. This costs 35p minute to the service seeker to listen to.

SMS Chat enables people to use their phone to send a message to a long number and username and this can be answered from the computer by the service provider. Messages sent cost £1 to send and the person receiving and answering is paid 50p per message answered.

Live Phone Sex Chat is now enabled for all service providers. This works by calling a special number and everyone having an individually generated pin number per session which is called to connect and chat. The service provider can set their own rate within limits and the service provider gets 50% of the call cost generated.
